20min Unwind Practice with self massage
This is a great practice to transition you from a busy day into a restful evening. Just the right amount of active release combined with a few self massage techniques (have a ball handy if you can!) and enough time to enjoy the pauses. No savanna, but please if you can jump right into bed, or take time for a quick relaxation it would be so beneficial!
20 min Sun Salutations + Affirmations
This quick flow moves through 4 rounds of traditional Surya Namaskar and matches up each 12 postures with a particular affirmation. Move to a seated position and choose one of the 12 affirmations to meditate on. Use this practice to uplift your mood, change the quality of your thoughts and align with your day!
17min Guided Sleep Relaxation
Listen to this video on your nightstand or through headphones to drop you into deep rest. Start by closing the day with 3 things you were grateful for, sense your "internal sunset", relax your body through a rotation of consciousness, then step down "the sleepy staircase" step by step progressively dropping you into a deep state of sleep.
15 min Constructive Rest Pose: Deconsctructed
This is a 15 minute therapeutic class that explains the importance of Constructive Rest Pose: one of the best positions to release the iliospoas muscle and help relieve back and hip pain. There's a brief explanation then a guided practice, also using the mantra "I am calm and relaxed". Enjoy!
10 min metta meditation
‘Metta’ is a Pali word for benevolence, friendship, affection, and kindness. This meditation is wonderful to feel love and connection with and without. We move through 5 visualizations beginning with ourselves and moving outward, expanding our love and consciousness. This is a beautiful practice to incorporate daily into your life!
