60 Mins Fusion-Sun's out Bun's out
Work your butt off (literally) in this fun yoga-fusion workout practice. Move through a standing yoga flow that will get you working your glutes then move to the mat for more focused sets of short (and powerful) exercises. Strong glutes=healthy happy backs, it's worth the effort!
25min:Breath Based Sweaty Flow
This is a fun, sweaty, quick practice that uses a lot of powerful breath to invigorate the Prana, and gets us feeling awakened and open. Move through Kapalabhati pranayama, a few surya flows, some lunges, back bends, balances, core work and more. Enjoy and take as long of a savasana as you need!
20min Abs and Arms
Grab a pair of dumbbells (or water bottles) and you are set! We will move through a quick workout and right into some core work for rectus abdominus, obliques and lower abs, switch it up to some concentrated arm work, then combine core and arms through some fun takes on plank pose. It will be over before you know it, and you will feel better that you did it! Go you!
