Carly’s classes and programs are developed not only for your physical health, but your mental and emotional health as well. She truly cares about her student’s well-being. There’s no competitive pressure felt to reach certain poses. You can really feel the sense of community when you attend a class! Laina P.

Practicing yoga online with Carly has been AMAZING! I’ve been attending classes at her studio for years, and have always been impressed by the loving atmosphere and Carly’s knowledge and authenticity as an instructor. As a mom with two young kids, it’s hard for me to go to classes as much as I’d like and I’ve missed the studio dearly!! Streaming videos online has meant that I can actually practice with Carly MORE than what I was able to before. And I feel just as connected as if I were there in person. I’d recommend Carly’s classes to everyone!! Her knowledge and skills as an instructor are truly impressive!!
