Service Description
The MBB program has 3 components: 10 minutes of daily mindfulness, 4 workouts and 2 yoga practices/week. This is a challenging, Body-Positive program, with the intent to build physical & mental strength alongside an awesome group of inspiring participants! Includes: -4 weeks of workouts -Pdf manual to guide you {{Facebook group to encourage you}} -Unlimited streaming of 100's of online yoga classes from the Awaken with Carly Studio -Anti-inflammatory food guide & recipes -Weekly Prizes! -all on your time & at your own pace!! Begins: Sunday, May 5th A week before starting, you will receive an email with a link to the facebook group where you will find the Program PDF, Weekly Mindfulness Practices, Access to hundreds of Yoga Classes, Recipes + so much more!
