This go-to practice is great for anytime you need a little yoga-pick-me-up! Begin with breathwork to bring balance, then move through chest and shoulder stretches, a few twists, some balance practices, triangle and warrior variations...culminating in a sweet savasana where we acknowledge the shifts we experience through our practice and melt into a sweet surrender.
15 min: 5 Postures to Calm (restorative)
This is my absolute go-to practice when you are stressed/tense/overwhelmed but don't have a lot of time. Sequence inspired by Kathryn Budig. Drop into 5 postures- supported downward dog forward fold, bridge, seated forward fold, and butterfly. Guaranteed to feel calm in 15min!
